C.A.R.E. Week 2016

This spring, Nu Chapter hosted yet another successful C.A.R.E. Week (Cancer Awareness: A Real Effort) at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With a Las Vegas Casino theme, sisters channeled their creative talents into planning a fun and exciting agenda for the week with events including Pie a Sister, a bake sale, a candlelight vigil, and a Mr. C.A.R.E. Week Pageant!

All proceeds were donated to Bringing Hope Home, a local non-profit organization that provides "unexpected amazingness" to local families with cancer through financial and emotional support. Through their Light of Hope Family Grant Program, they offer a one-time grant to pay essential household bills for families with cancer.

This year, Nu Chapter raised over $500 in donations. We would like to thank each organization, sponsor, and supporter who came out to our events and joined us in raising awareness and funds for this noble cause.
